I have played raise the spire three times without being able to complete it. What do I need to do to complete this mission?

It's impossible. I think you have to have a fire team. I wish they would automatically start you with a team. My id is Sgt_Slarb if you wanna try it.

If you are talking about the vault of glass, to complete it you will probably require a fireteam of 6 and if you have never done it before I would maybe look at a guide on youtube.
