I bought destiny when it was released, but never bought any of the DLC. However after realizing how much not having TTK negatively impact my experience I'm considering buying the legendary edition. If I buy the legendary edition will I still keep my guardian and all of his admits and weapons?

Yes you can keep it all. remember your guardian is your sign on name. you can make 3 diffrent guardians each start new and you make them what you want. have fun and team up.
